Santa Claus Parade
The holiday season got off to a fine start with the official arrival of Santa in Toronto. Thousands lined the route early to get a good seat to watch the parade. Kids of all ages came to cheer and watch the arrival of the Jolly Old Man of Christmas and his helpers. This year marked the 113th annual Santa Claus Parade here in Toronto, the longest running in North America. There was over 25 floats, a number of them new to the parade this year, as well as more marching bands then ever before. The parade was lead, as always, by the Celebrity Clowns, some of the hardest working helpers of Santa. Hats off to the thousands that made this years parade one of the best. I am sure they will be on Santas Nice List for years to come.
